Gift Certificates are not refundable. 

After you purchase your gift certificate you will receive an email receipt for your order (this is not your gift certificate) and you or your loved one will be emailed their Gift Certificate in a separate email. On very rare occasions we have had reports of gift certificate emails being filtered into spam folders. While this has only happened a couple of times it is always good practice to check spam folders if your email didn't arrive within a few hours after purchasing. 

Please contact us if you accidentally delete or misplace your gift certificate and we will happily resend your gift certificate.
